Our standard batting cages are built for real reps. Bring a bucket and work off the tee, run soft toss with a partner, or load the machine and see live pitching. Lanes are wide, well-netted and comfortable to share with a teammate or a coach. The softball lane uses 12" balls and is dialed in for fastpitch and slowpitch hitters of every age. Choose between non-stinging Taterballs or real softballs in the machine — Taterballs are foam-core with a real softball feel, perfect for younger players.
Cage rates are simple: $25 for a half hour, $45 for a full hour. If you're hitting more than a couple times a month, a family membership pays for itself fast — cage time up to five times a week from $95/month.
This is the cage that separates the Plex from a backyard net. HitTrax uses a camera and radar to measure every ball off the bat — exit velocity, launch angle, distance, and a live spray chart — and feeds it back to you on screen in real time. Instead of guessing whether you "squared it up," you get a number.
It's also genuinely fun. Fire up Home Run Derby mode, play simulated games against MLB ballparks, and compete with your buddies on distance. Coaches use HitTrax during lessons to give players objective feedback they can actually train against. HitTrax runs $35 per half hour and $55 per hour. Arms need reps too. Our dedicated pitching and catching lanes give you the room to throw a real bullpen, work on command, and let catchers receive and block — without fighting for space in a hitting cage. Book a half-hour to get loose or a full hour for a full pen. Lanes are $20 for a half hour and $30 for a full hour.
Coaches: pair the cages with our indoor turf field for a complete winter practice — hitting stations in the lanes, infield and defensive work on the turf. Reach out to block multiple lanes for a team night.
